Celebrating VQ Day 2019
This week we're celebrating the achievements of students studying Vocational Qualifications at UCM.
Joseph studied the Extended Diploma in IT (Level 3 BTEC)
Grade achieved: Triple Distinction Star
My main interest is in I.T. so, I didn’t want to go to Sixth Form because I would have to study other subjects alongside I.T. I wanted to focus solely on my interest, so that is why I decided to study this course at UCM.
“One of the best things about this course is the amount of practical work that it involves, such as making websites and developing databases, rather than just theory work.”
My next step is to do a Cybersecurity degree at UCM, which was my main aim when I started my studies here. I’m very excited!
