Research Festival 2023

On 13th October 2023 we were pleased to hold our 5th annual Research Festival at The Nunnery with the theme Secure, Vibrant and Sustainable in line with The Island Plan.

Event Highlights

  • The event was opened by the Chief Minister
  • The keynote address was given by Dr Douglas Fox who is a Climate Research Scientist and was among the leaders of the team who shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with former Vice President of the United States, Al Gore
  • UCM's Geoff Chatwood launched UCM's Sustainability Model
