On 10th October we're celebrating World Mental Health Day at the Homefield Road campus with some activities for our students to support mental health.
This pop up runs between 12 - 2pm.

- Have a boost with smoothie shots and protein bites (Main Hall)
- Powerlifting from Revolution Gym (Main Hall)
- Find your beat with an African drumming session (behind the stage of the Main Hall)
- Unplug & tune in with a mindfulness session (M223 - 12.30pm - 1pm)
- Relax with Paws for Therapy (The Hive)
- Support and advice from Student Welfare Officer
