Brian Gallagher
Lemur Labs founder Brian Gallagher has more than forty years of experience in technology consulting and systems analysis and running his own technology consulting company that has spent the last decades helping businesses, non-profits, universities, and governments improve their systems, increase productivity, improve user experience, and enhance transparency.
With a career spanning an array of industries and roles including university director, US federal government lead technology architect/senior web software developer, and working with businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 50 enterprises, his diverse experience provides a unique combination of extensive business experience, deep technical knowledge, and strong communication skills that are rarely found together.
Working with emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies over the last two years, his focus takes a two pronged approach: (1) helping organisations with digital business transformation by adding AI into their workflows to improve their efficiency and creativity, and (2) working with groups and individuals to help them learn to use AI to ensure they stay relevant in the fast-changing job markets being disrupted.
Brian relocated to the Isle of Man in 2023 from the US with his wife and their two young children and brings his passion for technology, education, and helping people to the island with Lemur Labs, which (1) helps businesses adapt to AI (through various workshops, AI audits, and delivering solutions) and (2) helps people adapt to AI (through seminars, training, and coaching).
What is Learn4Life?
Our Learn4Life series of events is designed to support the Island's industries with upskilling and lifelong learning, by exploring current trends and emerging topics.
The events are a mixture of breakfast, lunch and twilight sessions to suit a wide range of industries, with event styles including keynote guest speakers, panel sessions and workshops.
