The Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre (AMTC) is situated at Pulrose Bridge in Hills Meadow.
The building has been substantially refurbished since being handed over to UCM and now hosts our manufacturing engineering courses, complemented by modern workshops that host industrial machinery.
Due to its ideal location to the Island’s National Sports Centre, it is also used as a base for the expanding provision of sport-related qualifications.
Students enjoy a common room equipped with drink and snack vending machines. Students are advised to park in the Bowl carpark (opposite the centre), as there is only a limited amount of student parking at the front of the building. Staff and visitor parking is available at the rear of the centre.
Parking: one disabled parking space
Toilets: two disabled toilets at this campus
Lift access: ramp access to the ground floor
As part of the continued development of our facilities we’re regularly looking at ways to improve the accessibility of our campuses to meet the demands of our students. Students with additional accessibility needs have a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) in the unlikely event of a fire, and where we need to we’ll make changes to accommodate them in the delivery of their course.
