Call for Papers
The key themes for this year’s event are
Academics, students and researchers who have conducted or are currently conducting research in the below themes or related themes are invited to submit their interest in presenting at this year’s Research Festival in October.
- AI / Digital
- Sustainability
- Wellbeing
The aim of the event is to exchange knowledge and ideas, facilitate collaboration between researchers, on and off-Island, promote the reputation of Island-based research, and to educate.
Research can be showcased in either a presentation or poster format.
If you are interested in presenting – spoken or poster - at the 2024 Research Festival (taking place on Friday 18th October) please submit the following to researchvannin@ucm.ac.im by 30th June 2024.

*Please note participation is voluntary and no expenses will be paid by UCM’s Research Vannin.
