AILO announces Student Award Winner

Bob Pain, AILO CEO, recently presented one of AILO’s Student Awards to the winning student at University College, Isle of Man (UCM).

Huge congratulations to Seb Cowin who successfully completed the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business at UCM, excelling in a diverse range of subjects including Exploring Business, Personal & Business Finance, International Business and Investigating Corporate Social Responsibility. Throughout the programme, Seb demonstrated a passion for business and unwavering commitment and enthusiasm in pursuit of academic excellence.

AILO’s Student Award marks the Association’s 35th Anniversary and supports its mission to encourage the next generation of financial professionals in the industry, aligning with one of three pillars that are central to AILO’s mission. Alongside advocacy and analysis, education is a key element of AILO’s activities for current and future professionals working in the life industry and associated sectors.

Gail Corrin, UCM’s Higher Education Manager, commented: “It’s been a pleasure working with AILO on this award; it’s always wonderful to be able to highlight the successes and hard work of our students. A big well done to Seb!”
