On 13th October 2023 we were pleased to hold our 5th annual Research Festival at The Nunnery with the theme Secure, Vibrant and Sustainable in line with The Island Plan.

- The event was opened by the Chief Minister
- The keynote address was given by Dr Douglas Fox who is a Climate Research Scientist and was among the leaders of the team who shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with former Vice President of the United States, Al Gore
- UCM's Geoff Chatwood launched UCM's Sustainability Model
