Update, information & advice

We are working closely with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture (DESC), Isle of Man (IOM) Government and Public Health to ensure we take every precaution to maintain the health and safety of our students and staff. 

The IOM Government has recently announced that all lockdown restrictions will be lifted on or around 1st February 2021. Please see the IOM Government website for details.

Therefore, on Monday 1st February 2021, University College Isle of Man (UCM) resumed face-to-face operations, as detailed below.

KEY UPDATES

Please see current key updates relating to University College Isle of Man’s (UCM) classes, exams and operations from Monday 1st February 2021:

  1. Resume face-to-face classes, with exception of those who have been contacted by their tutor/Head of Faculty informing them otherwise. This relates to all further education, higher education, adult continuing education (leisure), upskilling and professional courses.
  2. Resume exams; more information will be shared on the website.
  3. Facilities such as the Refectory, Library and Complex Needs Hub will be open.
  4. Our customer-facing businesses: Annie Gill Coffee Bar, Cristory’s, and Synnova Salon will continue to be close for the public, until further notice. Please see this website for more information soon.
