This module is designed to help develop knowledge of key issues in the management of service delivery, typically in a public service environment, enabling the learner to improve their personal performance, and their contribution to the planning and delivery of services and application of good practice in the context of continual service improvement.

By covering areas such as the operational management cycle, process analysis, resource needs, budgets, operational planning, management process and the monitor and control functions, students will be encouraged to grow their knowledge and understanding of delivering results, and reflect upon their ability to influence success.
